Frankston City Council approved the application for a 17-storey apartment complex at 6 Davey Street, Frankston on Monday 10 November. The whole of Taylors’ Built Environments Planning Team have had involvement with this project in the last 7-8 months. The apartment complex will be the tallest building in Frankston consisting of 63 apartments overlooking Port Phillip Bay.

According to Michael Meyer, Taylors’ Planning Manager, this project has been smoother than expected. “When working on a project of this scale and complexity you expect more hurdles along the way,” said Mr Meyer.
