Richard has recently been appointed CEO of Taylors Development Strategists and now has the responsibility for setting the strategic direction of the business, accountability for the operational, financial and quality performance of its systems and people. He joined Taylors in 2005 and headed up the Spatial Services team responsible for the expansion and management of a team of Licensed Surveyors and survey and drafting professionals.

Richard is a Licensed Surveyor who has over 21 years experience in a wide variety of survey and development consulting experiences across both private development and government sectors.

He holds a Bachelor of Applied Science (Survey) and is a member of the Association of Consulting Surveyors Victoria.
