A multi-storey serviced apartment development on a prominent eastern suburbs site. Designed to harmonise and integrate with the existing hotel building, the project incorporates a new apartment complex, car parking and a covered walkway linking the extension to the current building. Taylors developed the building design, and all services associated with obtaining planning approvals. Our integrated team approach and understanding of the town planning requirements resulted in a very efficient design process and relatively quick approval by council for a project of this size adjacent to a residential area. Taylors will also be involved in future design requirements for the construction phase of the project.

Eynesbury Township by GEO

The 1250 ha Eynesbury development is set within Melbourne's Green Wedge and is surrounded by a protected rural and natural environment of unique quality and historical importance. The Eynesbury Design Guidelines has been modelled on characteristics of a traditional Australian township. The Taylors design team are responsible for the ongoing management of the entire Eynesbury Township's residential Design Guidelines. They facilitate a process to ensure that third party builders comply with the objectives of the guidelines for the 3000 homes within the estate, delivering a certainty about the urban character and provide control over streetscapes.

Activity Centre
Location: 102 - 120 Cooper Street, Epping, VIC

A large community activity centre that will totally rejuvenate the existing area, bringing significant activity and community amenity to the Whittlesea City municipality. The project covers a 16,187sqm site area complete with 1,475 new car spaces, retail shops, 10 levels of residential apartments and 33,500sqm of office space. Taylors have been engaged to develop a design for the entire centre, carry out feature, level and re-establishment surveys, provide planning advice and achieve rezoning.
