Taylors, through its Corporate Social Responsibility program is helping improve the lives of those living along the Kokoda Track in Papua New Guinea by contributing to the construction of the Kokoda College.
The Kokoda College is an initiative of The Kokoda Track Foundation, a not‐for‐profit organisation that works with the communities living along and around the Kokoda Track and assists in education, health, community development, and microbusiness. The College will be a state-of-the-art training facility based in Kokoda village. Programs working with children in foster or kinship care
Parenting programs such as, Home-Start programs for struggling families
Programs supporting children with disabilities
This was Baptcare’s most successful result, in terms of income raised, for the event in the five years they have held it.

Congratulations to our talented triathletes who competed in the 2013 Nissan BRW Corporate Triathlon on the 17th of February.
The event attracted just over 1,250 teams, making it the largest corporate triathlon in the world. Melbourne turned on some amazing weather on the day, enabling the swim leg to occur for the first time in three years.
Thank you to those that were able to cheer our teams along on the day and congratulations once again to our teams on their fantastic performances!

Congratulations – Training is over – where’s my beer!
We share the news that the circle of friendship and learning between Taylors and the Department of Land Records and Survey in Dhaka Bangladesh has been further strengthened by the successful completion of the training provided over the last two weeks.
We thank Director General Mannan for allowing us the opportunity to offer his team the best training possible that time allowed and to provide professional development to our staff.
We also thank Bob Cross for his part in bringing us all together and in facilitating this interaction.
Our champion over the last two weeks was young surveyor Alastair MacColl stepping outside his comfort zone but with a firm resolve – “to do it well”. And he did do it well! And now all his new friends want to come to his wedding!:)
