Taylors have been providing town planning consulting services to a range of Government and Education Authorities over the past 10 years. The majority of this work has involved the rezoning of land surplus to the needs to the Department of Education and as well as TAFEs. These projects have ranged from small former school sites through to complex matters involving multiple overlays and zoning issues.

The appointment of Taylors to the Growth Areas Authority Urban Planning Panel will see the company take on a significant role in the implementation of the Precinct Structure Plans across metropolitan Melbourne.
