Lane Toyota, a significant player in the new and used car market, recently opened their new state of the art showroom on the corner of Waverley and Springvale Road. Taylors provided town planning advice to Lanes, leading to the approval of the proposal at Council. This prominent building provides real presence to a significant corner on one of Melbourne's busiest roads.

Brighton Hotel and Apartments

One of many major developments undertaken by the Pace Development Group, this hotel and apartment complex is nearing the end of its construction phase. Utilising their experience with mixed use/activity centre developments in this affluent region, Pace are producing a landmark building for which Taylors have done all of the town planning. A difficult brief resulted in Taylors working closely with the architects to produce an outcome that complied with the intricate height controls, but still managed to produce an outcome that maximised the site's potential.
