Sontra Resort and Spa development in Da Nang, Vietnam.

Sontra is a Mediterranean style resort with over 1km of exclusive beachfront property. 21 hectares of land and water precincts will house a 27 storey, 6 star hotel, fully licensed casino, speciality retail, and an international marina. The development will have an estimated construction value of US$300M and will attract international investors and tourists from all over the world.

Business Development Director, Sarkis Yelandjian was engaged by developer Road Maintenance International, Chairman Max Fitzgerald and Director Stephen Hopper, in July 2008 to coordinate a design consultancy team to secure the prestigious resort based development in conjunction with International Architects CK Designworks, Domenic Crisante.

Taylors are playing various consultancy roles in the project including project coordination and the provision of project spatial services. In addition Taylors involvement will include strategic planning and project marketing coordination throughout the Middle East and South East Asia.
