Residential:
The Village by Austcorp.
Location: South Clayton, VIC.

An award winning residential urban renewal project. A former industrial site was converted into a medium density master planned community applying sustainable development principles. The 166 three bedroom terrace homes complete with landscaped parks and leafy streetscapes provide low maintenance, safety, amenity and convenience for residents. Winner of the 2006 UDIA Urban Renewal Award and the 2006 HIA Residential Lifestyle Development Award, Taylors provided spatial services for the project including subdivision and reestablishment surveys.

Hotel and Office:
Kingsway Development by FKP.
Location: 295- 297 Springvale Rd, Glen Waverley, VIC.

This 4,400 m2 site of freehold land is located approximately 23 kms south east of the Melbourne CBD. The development project included a 6 storey building incorporating a 3.5 star IBIS Hotel (operated by ACCOR) and office use with 250 associated undercover car parking and landscaping. The IBIS Hotel comprises 155-rooms and adjoins the municipal offices and library of the Monash Council to the north, and Century City Walk retail complex incorporating the Novotel Glen Waverley hotel, together with the 10 screen cinema centre and 6 smaller tenancies. Taylors assisted with site re-establishment, feature & level surveys, multi lot building subdivisions, net lettable area plans and licensed plans for this development.

Commercial:
Williams Street by AMP.
Location: 15 Williams Street, Melbourne, VIC.

This commercial building in the heart of the CBD was refurbished and extended to include additional car parks and child care facilities in addition to 20 stories of net lettable area now called "Monash House". Taylors assisted the leading architects Peddle Thorpe to conduct re-establishment and feature surveys, surveys of existing internal conditions and construction set out.
