The Mt. Atkinson Project (MAP) is deemed to be the State Government’s solution to the desire for the ’20 Minute City’ concept to be created in areas of Metropolitan Melbourne.
The Mt. Atkinson Estate will be home to 4000 + residential lots over the life of the project and key local amenities will include:

Taylors have been involved with project for many years now, providing expert subdivision services along with stage by stage asset recording surveys for sewer, water and drainage works. Ongoing regular completion of asset recording surveys for sewer, water, and drainage works and monthly drone flights to track the progress of construction are the key service provisions at present.
Construction on the first four stages commenced in July 2018 with anticipation that the first four stages will be fully constructed by June 2019 (350 + lots); new major road infrastructure is additionally being constructed as part of the first precinct. Design for the second precinct (750 + lots) is well under way and is currently being assessed by Council.
