Taylors’ Urban Development team coordinated the amendment of an existing development plan and permit for 230 lot subdivision.
This included negotiating with the Whittlesea Shire Council to relocate proposed roads onto their adjacent reserve to improve layout and facilitate lots fronting onto the Quarry Hills parkland. The outcomes included an increased lot yield with greater housing diversity provided through a range of medium density housing options.
