Set on 24 ha in Melbourne's outer northern suburbs, this 235 lot residential subdivision will provide for a range of lots sizes and housing styles. Taylors was instrumental in obtaining amendments to the existing development plan and planning permit as well as providing urban design services to revitalize the existing layout. Survey services associated with the construction of the site will also be provided by Taylors in 2009.

This 320 ha site falls within the Melbourne 2030 Growth Area Plan for the Hume corridor. Taylors was engaged to undertake survey and planning due diligence investigations for the site and develop a Structure Plan to support the proposed use and subsequent rezoning for industrial and office use. The coordination of all subconsultants and liaison with the Hume City Council and the Growth Areas Authority was facilitated and managed by Taylors. With the land now rezoned, Taylors are involved in the preparation of the development plan, consultant coordination, subdivision development and the approval process.

This 30 ha site is in a prime position adjacent to Keysborough Golf Course and incorporates 652 residential lots, integrated housing and 9 hectares of open space including a wetlands environment adhering to strict design guidelines. Taylors was involved in surveying, planning and the coordination of all sub contractors for the project.
