Situated in Melbourne's west between Melton and Werribee, this site comprises 1250 ha which will in part be developed as the Eynesbury township and the remaining land left as an operating farm. Eynesbury has been designed to create a true sense of community whilst integrating all the elements of modern living - housing, shopping and recreation - with the location's spectacular natural assets, in a way that captures the spirit of 'country living on the edge of the city'. Taylors has been heavily involved in the entire project providing extensive services in spatial, urban design, project coordination and urban planning for over 16 individual stages.

A $250 million development over 44 ha of land. This masterplanned community development has the potential for 750 homes to be built around a series of communal spaces including a fabulous 1ha Central Park. The streets are tree lined, gardens landscaped, grassed areas developed and special playgrounds built. Taylors was engaged to provide detail surveys and subdivision plans for each stage of the development, asset recording, design services for an on site retirement village, planning services for the display village and development plan approval.

An innovative and environmentally friendly 1000 lot residential development on a greenfield site, this community was carefully planned so that every home benefits from the unique surroundings. Lakes, ponds, parkland and walking tracks are all cleverly designed to work with the natural fall of the land ensuring the natural environment integrates with five star energy rated homes. Taylors provided development planning services in addition to design and detailed surveying services for the hilltop and waterway areas subdivision plans.
